Partnership for Children of Essex

The Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a pathway for hope and improving the quality of life for youth and their families. PCE uses a Wraparound model of care to design, implement, and manage Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that are specific to a child and family's individual strengths and complex needs. These ISPs are developed by using a Child and Family Team process. While PCE assists youth and families with many aspects of their lives, our specialty is assisting families to develop effective strategies to manage their child's emotional and behavioral challenges. Mission:?Working in partnership with children, families, and the community, the Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) will create a pathway for hope and improve the quality of life for children and their families in Essex County.
