Berglass Associates (which does business as Berglass+Associates) can fill an executive job and then provide ways to do that job better. The firm provides executive recruiting and management consulting services, focusing on companies in the retail, consumer goods, and fashion industries. Clients have included American Eagle, Victoria's Secret, Coach, and Yankee Candle. Formerly as BerglassGrayson, the company was founded in 1981 by marketing executive Leslie Berglass as an executive recruiting firm; in 1993 Bob Grayson added his retail experience and consulting acumen to the agency that bore both their names. Berglass bought out Grayson in 2007, and the company name was changed to Berglass+Associates.
