Company Profile

Carma Productions was formed in 2007 when Marci Alt made the decision to take her eighteen year old company, Gay Community Yellow Pages, and expand in a new direction. In partnering with Thomas Ryan-Lawrence, Carma has grown to offer a suite of services outside of the publishing industry. From Diversity Training to Marketing and Promotional Consulting, one of Carma's mottos is "Our Karma keeps our customers returning". In 2010, Carma took their flagship product, GCYP, and made the leap into the digital media world by launching Gayborhood. Gayborhood is the country's most comprehensive directory of LGBT-friendly businesses and currently serves 45 markets. Available as a free download on iOS and Droid, Gayborhood is always available at our users' convenience. Don't have a Smartphone? No problem! All of the same information is available on GayborhoodApp.com. Carma Productions enjoys supporting the very community which it serves through sponsorships of LGBT organizations. Mission:?Carma Productions. is committed to servicing the LGBT community through a variety of business services while simultaneously increasing the community?s awareness of non-profit organizations that exist to empower our community in its totality. Our aim is to deliver creative solutions, exceptional customer service, and quality products and services to businesses that support and welcome the LGBT consumer.
