Paul Lubitz

In addition to his plus ten years of experience as a dermatologist, Dr. Lubitz also has nearly ten years of experience owning and running his own dermatological clinic. Today, Dr. Lubitz practices out of the Bow Valley Dermatology clinic, which he owns and manages. Patient care and education are of the highest priority for the doctor and the Bow Valley clinic. With its small size and comfortable environment, this environment is the perfect space for Dr. Lubitz to provide attentive, loyal care to his patients.

Dr. Lubitz’s interest in medicine never quite left him, and in 1992, after graduating with
Distinction from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science degree, the doctor made
a smooth transition to studying medicine at Queen’s University. Fours years later, the
doctor would graduate again with Distinction, this time with a medical degree in hand.
However, before graduating, Dr. Lubitz succeeded in expanding his horizons in areas far
beyond medicine.
Besides earning his medical degree and gaining all the knowledge and expertise that
came with it, throughout his medical studies, Dr. Lubitz took it upon himself to study
first-hand the health and medical conditions of more disadvantaged nations. The doctor
didn’t just read about these countries – he traveled to them and worked with those in
the medical community and, in doing so, he greatly helped provide essential medical
services to underserved areas and impoverished people.

He has focused his most recent efforts on building Bow Valley Dermatology as a smaller, less volume clinic that allows him to dedicate more time and effort to individualized patient care and education. This emphasis on education provides the patient with the opportunity to fully understand the details of their particular skin disease and to be more actively involved in the
decision process to chose from the most current and advanced treatment options available.
