Began his search with IT and Technology Solutions Subhakar Rao today is named with one of the most Influential global sales and Marketing technology leaders by Marketing Times. He started the Champions trust and the Charitable Foundation in Bangalore dedicating to accelerate funding for the poor and their education, engaging people, teachers, organizations and enabling the use of computers in schools. He has focussed on the strengthening the business proposition and building a robust operating model for a sustained growth of a company or a organization. . He today has initiated and implemented many effective business models in India and US and built several successful strategic partnerships around the world.
He founded the Educational Foundations that made investments and grants to create QIS College of Engineering and later expanded it to the other business schools and colleges. He later in the year 1999 formalized his previous education oriented philanthropy by co-founding the Surapaneni Educational Academy and in the next decade the Champions Lifelong Learning Society which has today contributed in improving the system of education in Bangalore and by donating several hundred computers to the schools and the other organizations.
He had to face many challenges in the beginning, but his courage and determination made him overcome all difficulties.
