While he is an efficient counsel, he makes each client feel as if they were standalone in their needs. As a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and a recipient of a Master’s in Business Administration, Saadian smoothly handles the responsibilities of being a founding president and managing attorney at Wilshire Law Firm.

As a student, Bobby Saadian began a clear path to success. At Pepperdine, he proudly made the dean’s list for multiple back-to-back semesters. At university, he set a work ethic that continues today. In addition to maintaining his above-average marks, he also held office of president to the Economics Association. He earned his degree in law from this prestigious institute in 2005.
Pepperdine University is known for its beautiful 830-acre campus that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The Princeton Review has ranked Pepperdine as No. 1 for the “Most Beautiful Campus” category twice in past decade. As a private non-profit university, being accepted into this school requires standing out from thousands of applicants. The school has stood for over 100 years and consistently ranks high when compared to national universities.

The popular U.S. News & World Report ranked the university as 53rd in the country for undergraduate education. The university’s School of Law even placed 61st in the most recent review for the country’s top 100 law schools. The law school in particular is ranked as No. 1 in the nation for its dispute resolution program. This program focuses on mediation and peacemaking.

While attending this university, Bobby Saadian was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future award. This award is distributed only to those with the highest grade in the class as determined by course registrar. Saadian’s award in particular was in honor of his excellent achievement in the study of trial preparation and settlement. Bobby then went on to graduate among the top 10 percent of his class.

Upon completing his education with Pepperdine, he went on to take his bar exam. He joined the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles in 2007. This organization is one of the largest associations of plaintiff lawyers in the country. With almost 3,000 members, it is larger than the majority of state trial-bar associations. Now as an active member, he enjoys the distinction of belonging to such a commendable group.

In 2010, Bobby Saadian joined the Consumer Attorneys of California organization. This organization is 3,000 members strong and focuses its attention on those in serious legal need. As they work on a contingency-based fee system, this group of lawyers only charges plaintiffs if the case receives favorable outcome. This is done to support those who are taking on opponents who are much larger than themselves. This is exceptionally helpful to victims of accidents or negligence.

In recent years, Saadian has become a member, student, and Ranch Club Member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. This non-profit college was begun under the tutelage of famed trial lawyer, Gerry Spence. Spence has never lost a criminal case serving as a prosecutor or defense attorney. His incredible experience in law has awarded him a seat on the American Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame.

The Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College was founded on the mission of training lawyers and judges who are “committed to the jury system.” These professionals are instructed to find justice for those fighting against “corporate and government oppression.” The main clients in these cases are those who cannot afford to fight for themselves. It is important to Gerry Spence and his students to instill the value that financial distress should not interrupt due process of law. Providing legal services to those who need protection is seen as a duty amongst this group of professionals.
This college encourages lawyers who fight for people “regardless of their race, age, creed, religion, national origin, physical abilities, gender, or sexual orientation.” Committed to this cause, the college does not allow admission to those who represent government or big business. There are a number of courses offered, and all embolden those who wish to protect the rights of the people.

As a practicing lawyer, Bobby Saadian has upheld the traditions and teachings he learned through his university schooling and his involvement with Gerry Spence. He has gone on to work cases with settlements ranging from $1,000 to well over the $5 million mark. Regardless of the size of the settlement, Saadian acknowledges the importance of the case to each individual. In doing so, he treats every client as if they were a VIP.

His caring nature has also awarded him the Los Angeles Superior Court Certificate of Appreciation for volunteer services. This was in acknowledgment of his work as a mediator resolving numerous disputes. This certificate was awarded to him by the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2006. Since receiving the award, Bobby Saadian continues his efforts as a mediator to the people of Los Angeles.
Saadian encourages his fellow Wilshire Law Firm attorneys to consider each other as members of a family. Saadian also motivates them to treat clients as such. As they all fight for the same team, he teaches them to respect one another and grow together.

His work at the Wilshire Law Firm has brought much recognition and respect to his firm. The personal touch offered by him and his fellow attorneys is due in part to Saadian’s fostering nature. He has taken a special interest in assisting local children in their pursuit for education. With frequent involvement in local charities, Bobby Saadian follows in the humble footsteps of his father. An immigrant medical doctor, Bobby’s father would treat those in underserved low-income Latino communities of East Los Angeles.

Bobby has taken a role in the community just as his father did, but in a different position. Instead of bringing medical assistance, Saadian assists children in gaining access to education. He has frequently taken it upon himself to ensure that children of his clients and kids within the community have the means to succeed. Bobby Saadian provides this support through mentoring teens and college students about the importance of an education, their future careers, and overall life goals.

Bobby Saadian is looking forward to continuing his career in law and helping those in need. As he has already established himself amongst his peers, he continues to uphold those awards and recognition's. Saadian hopes that he will continue on this path to success and further his professional passions. He also anticipates advancing the careers and goals of those who he works with on a daily basis.

As Saadian moves forward, he will carry on his efforts to provide only the best in legal services to clients. His current practice of only hiring the best experts in the field will continue on indefinitely. By treating every client like a VIP, he wants to ensure every victim knows they are not alone. Saadian expects to continue growing Wilshire Law Firm so that it serves as a beacon of professional legal excellence.

Bobby Saadian also looks forward to assisting children in the area. He regularly donates to their cause, and would like to see more people become involved in charities that assist needy children as well. Having a sincere concern for the future, Bobby would like to see every child receive an education. He is committed to helping those progenies who he comes in contact with achieve their true potential.
