Don Pump Enterprises, LLC, offers extensive training, coaching, and consulting services to provide fitness professionals with the essential business skills and knowledge that are needed to build a profitable company.

Donald Pump’s background has made him the ideal candidate to spearhead Midline Fitness, LLC. He began working in orthopedic rehabilitation in one of the largest physical therapy companies in the country, where he built up his expertise in physical fitness. He then went on to complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Sacred Heart University while also specializing in exercise science.

Afterward, he became a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a registered strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition to this, Donald has certifications with Functional Movement Systems in administering functional movement screens and associated corrective protocols.
Donald Pump has an extensive background that delves into multiple industries such as the military, sport performance, health and wellness, rehabilitation, and public service. In 2003, he was a member of the Westport Fire Department in Westport, Connecticut. During his time here, he assessed and implemented an innovative fitness-training protocol to ensure a higher level of tactical preparedness for emergency situations while limiting injury for personnel.

In 2002, he joined the United States Coast Guard, where he remained for three years. He operated as Petty Officer 3rd Class Boatswain Mate and was granted the USCG Unit’s Inspirational Physical Fitness Award for his contributions to the division’s physical fitness. He not only acted as the fitness instructor, but he also offered support for training operations, which resulted in qualification and promotion of 30 Coast Guard members.

From 2005 to 2012, Donald Pump served in the U.S. Marine Corps and as an operations officer, upheld duties under government imposed deadlines while expertly directing the planning and execution of training and education for over 700 Marines and sailors. His instruction resulted in 100 percent operational readiness, and he was simultaneously employed as the director of physical fitness, chief martial arts instructor, and combat conditioning specialist.

Donald’s sport performance endeavors began during his time at Sacred Heart University, where he managed the health and well-being of over 150 North East Conference athletes on the men and woman's tennis teams. His most notable accomplishment in this role was enhancing the performance of the Pioneer football team at the 2003 ECAC bowl game, which led to them succeeding in the conference championship.

From 2003 to 2005, he worked at Grand Health and Fitness in Ridgefield, New Jersey. Here, he was responsible for creating and developing strategic planning, executing policies and procedures, and overseeing marketing for the company while also monitoring the strength and conditioning department at Ridgefield Physical Therapy. Athletes that came to Donald and this company for guidance were evaluated and provided with a complete exercise prescription, resulting in their reintegration into their respective sports.

Between 2003 and 2012, Donald Pump expanded upon his involvement in the health and wellness sector. He executed a strong sales and marketing approach toward the development of foundational client base, and he cultivated client retention through expert assessment and implementation of scientifically proven exercise prescription.
