WILLIAM M. KEEVER, J.D. is currently the C.E.O of Advisant Media Group, as well as Director at Breakout Ministries, Inc., a Christian Nonprofit involved in Christian education and evangelism. Mr. Keever graduated with honors from Cumberland School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as a published Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was distinguished as a Curia Honoris Scholar, Dean’s Merit Scholar and Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow. Mr. Keever was a Director, Senior Vice President, and General Counsel for a publicly traded company, and C.E.O. and Director of a subsidiary of a NASDAQ listed company. Prior to completing law school, Mr. Keever completed three years of masters level studies (M.Div.) at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition to his accomplishments as an attorney, Mr. Keever has founded and served as director, executive, and volunteer to numerous charitable organizations, including positions as executive director of several 501(c)(3) organizations.

IN addition to running Advisant, William Keever is a director or board member of several nonprofit organizations including Godcloud, an internet based marketing company who provides marketing and advertising services to churches and other charities. Prior to working with Godcloud, Mr. Keever founded MISSION FOR THE CHILDREN, INC., a nonprofit to help orphaned and abused children in Central America, with headquarters in San Jose, Costa Rica. Mr. Keever Lead fund-raising and marketing efforts to accomplish mission of the organization, placed emphasis on future donations through charitable trusts and other estate and tax planning tools. Mr. Keever worked on the WORKING BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF T.E.A.M., INC.,a 501(c) (3) public foundation to work with under privileged inner-city children. Focus of enterprise was to involve children in sports related training, events and work. Organization was coined a professional sports foundation because the primary donors and board members were current or retired professional athletes. TEAM actively recruited professional athletes to participate in speaking, training and other activities with the children. Events ranged from creating and managing a mid-night basketball league, conducting various sports workshops with professional athletes, and athletic outings such as flying inner-city children to professional sporting events (usually with professional athletes on team planes or private planes donated by corporate sponsors). Donors ranged from individuals to major corporations such as Alabama Power and Coca Cola Corporation. Finally, William Keever served as CHAIRMAN & INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CIDA, INC., a 501(c)(3) foundation purposed to build and equip medical clinics in rural areas of Kenya and other African countries. Served with numerous healthcare professionals on the working board of directors, and planned and participated in all aspects of fund-raising efforts. Primary donors were healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. Donations included healthcare equipment and supplies, professional services by physicians, as well as monetary donations. We were successful in building two clinics in Kenya before my departure.
