He was also responsible for recognizing the growth potential of a Lebanese-Indian fusion cuisine; today Maroosh is India's fastest growing chains in the Quick Service Restaurants segment and in a short span has managed to capture a substantial share of the market in India.
Ketan Kadam is also responsible for successfully re-inventing Café Sundance, which was also one of old-world Mumbai’s most favourite dining places. In a short while the new Sundance Café saw greater glory. Demonstrating his entrepreneurial abilities and love for creating novel eating out concepts, Ketan also launched the coveted Two One Two Bar & Grill in the heart of the city, Worli, in Mumbai.
