Background of 13 years in management of restaurants, convenience stores and US Postal Service. I have led teams as small as 5 to as large as 200. In each case I have been able to motivate and develop solid performers who have helped the business grow, prosper and achieve more than expected from the business projections. I have worked in the capacity of HR Manager with over 11 years of experience doing scheduling, hiring, terminations, evaluations and training of personnel. I have social media skills especially in the area of E-Marketing that I developed in my MBA program and I am highly qualified in operating Microsoft Office.

I am currently self-employed as an independent contractor. I do odd assignments in retail stores and interact with customers and staff.

I finished my Masters Degree in Business Administration from Murray State University with a 3.5 gpa.

I would like a career with the possibilities of coaching employees as either a human resources manager or a operations manager.
