Matthew Lambert is a Senior Account Manager for Classic Components, based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Classic Components provides solutions for supply chain management and reverse logistics. Matthew employs extensive research and analysis to anticipate the needs of his customers, as well as keeping track of global trends in electronics.

Matthew Lambert also owns Kaizen Investments in Nashua, NH. Operating throughout Southern New Hampshire, Kaizen Investments is a property management company owned and operated by Matt Lambert since 1999. The group owns several properties and keeps an active roster of satisfied tenants. Maintaining the properties and continually improving them is what brought about the name Kaizen.

Matthew Lambert received a crash course in sales, hired very green by a busy company with high expectations. His strong personality and general affability served him well, but he wasn't closing sales like the other, more experienced salespeople were. A colleague noticed him finally, and sensed that maybe he needed some guidance. Matthew Lambert struck up what would become a long friendship. After some reading materials, some seminars, some workshops, Matt knew that he had chosen the right line of work. Years later, Matt teaches young salespeople, and loves doing it. He enjoys thinking back to those early days, and can recognize in newcomers to the field the same feelings and emotions he felt those first weeks.

Matthew Lambert plans to live in the New Hampshire / Boston area for a long time. His sales career forges ahead, and he aims to continue performing in the top five percent of whatever team he is lucky enough to be a part of. In terms of teaching, Matt wants to find a way to reach more young salespeople and help shape more careers. He has found tremendous satisfaction in this work. He also plans on delving even deeper into the world of technology and social media and see how it can impact his bottom line in terms of sales.
