From there, Bob moved on to the real estate industry, as he saw that traditional methods of real estate were starting to take shape online. To take advantage of this trend, he began to sell homes online through the company HomeVestors Realty Ltd., which would later become Invigo Realty Ltd. Here he worked as the company’s owner in real estate marketing, Internet marketing, search engine marketing, video marketing, and direct response marketing.

Before long, he shifted his business focus to investors and found even greater success there. He then decided to start his own real estate education company in order to teach others how to work online. In this capacity, he established a system of real estate training.

After this, Bob Mangat moved on once more to consulting his real estate friends on how to better improve their online platforms. This decision led him to make another career transition, this time into marketing. This is when he first started his business Invigo, which has since been dedicated to the building and improvement of websites for business clients in order to help them obtain optimal marketing results.

Bob's Philanthropy and Hobbies

In addition to his professional career, Bob Mangat is also a member of a number of different committees. One of these committees is for Business in Vancouver Leaders of Tomorrow, where he serves to mentor a business student during their fourth year at university.

Additionally, Mangat gives his time and support to sports teams, specifically to soccer teams at the university level. He has a special interest in soccer, thanks to both his time coaching his son’s soccer team and his own time playing soccer. He also enjoys playing golf, and sees both sports as having a strong connection to his work by way of the skills developed during their practice. These skills are teamwork, a strong work ethic, a willingness to never give up, and the ability to always take it to the next level.

A single shift in thought, he says, can change the life of a business.

Although he will keep his current company and continue to grow its success, he is also looking to get into consulting as well as working with other industry experts. In this way, he hopes to allow these experts to have a forum in which they can make their professional stories more available to others for consulting by building an online funnel. He wishes to share his knowledge of business as well as the knowledge of other experts with all of those who are looking to break into business themselves.

Additionally, Mangat is looking to balance his work life with his home life. This means spending more time with his growing family, including helping to coach his son’s soccer team and spending more time with his family in general.
