Mads Korup Rosendal graduated from Rosborg Amts Gymnasium in 2002, as a mathematical student. In 2003 he worked as a sales assistant. After 1 year of working, he continued his studying on Vejle Handelsskole in 2003. Mads Korup Rosendal graduated from Vejle Handelsskole the following year.

After graduating from Vejle Handelsskole, Mads Korup Rosendal moved to Aarhus to continue studying. He started on the BSc programme, which is a bachelor education in economics and business administration.The programme has given him a broad introduction to a number of economic, legal and organizational issues in the business community. Apart from business issues, the programme also considers socioeconomic aspects and the joint interaction between economics and business administration. Mads Korup Rosendal have learnt to analyse the company's financial problems and issues and develop business administration strategies. In addition, the bachelor program is about organisation, product development, sales, project management and innovation. Mads has also obtained insight into the theories and methods used to understand companies' internal and external relations. Mads Korup Rosendal received his bachelor in economics in 2007.

Mads Korup Rosendal signed up for a Master of Science in Marketing in summer 2007. The master in Marketing has made him capable of taking management decision, and has given him a set of important business functions within the marketing field. The education has prepared Mads for a wide range of possible management careers within the private and public sectors.
Mads wrote a thesis on Aarstidernes customer satisfaction and loyalty and made a plan for how the company could increase those factors based on different initiatives. It was based on, a statistical and Customer Relationship Management analysis. He graduated from Aarshus University as a Master of Science in Marketing in late 2009.

Mads Korup Rosendal started working for Dansk Supermarked in 2010. He worked in the purchasing department as a Category Coordinator from 2010-2012. He was primarily responsible for 2 main areas, logistics and eCommerce. After 2 years of hard work and great achievements, he was promoted to Process Consultant in 2012.

He started working on a large scale ECommerce project. Mads Korup Rosendal worked primarily with Data Migration project, that was about, migrating18.000 products to a new platform. The essence of the project was to improve the data quality. This was done, by adding better descriptions and more attributes to the products. Mads was head of data migration team, and hence responsible for the migration. He also work with user acceptance testing. The purpose of the test, is to make sure, that the system behaves like it should according to defined scope. Mads Korup Rosendal was responsible for two tracks, product and checkout. Mads was part of the Ecommerce project from July 2012 until May 2013, where the project ended with a succesful go live.

After the Ecommerce projectMads Korup Rosendal is currently responsible for maintaining and acquiring expert knowledge, in SAP Master Data and procurement processes for ecommerce. The knowledge is acquired primarily through testing. It's his responsibility to implement that knowledge into the business, through user guides, training material and face to face sessions.

Mads Korup Rosendal's future goals are:

2. Be an expert in SAP Master Data processes
3. Be an expert in Data Migration across different systems
4. Develop better leadership skills
5. Get certified in different areas of ECommerce

Mads Korup Rosendal would in general be better at acquiring knowledge in different areas of ECommerce and softwares, in order to be better at taking part in discussions, and make sure, that his arguments are heard. The ultimative goal for Mads Korup Rosendal is to get promoted within the next year.

The theoretical foundation was based on the European Performance Satisfaction Index and The Technology Acceptance Model. The empirical contribution of this thesis was anchored in various in depth telephone interviews with the company´s existing customers, as well as an e–mail survey which the statistical analysis relied on. The study was conducted based on the answers from the company’s existing customers in the Danish market.
