Michelle W. Malkin is an energetic personable professional passionate about member, employee, and donor retention and satisfaction for nonprofit organizations.

Michelle W. Malkin currently serves as a Program Officer for the Jewish Community Foundation managing their institutional grant making. She also serves on the Board of Temple Sinai of Glendale and as the Membership Chair on the Executive Board of the Jewish Communal Professionals of Southern California.

Michelle W. Malkin graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Religious Studies and a minor in Jewish studies where she served as the Executive Director of the CSUN Crisis Helpline. As the Student Activist Organization at Jewish World Watch, she managed seven organizing portfolios in anti-genocide work. While at Congregation Or Ami in Calabasas she built a vibrant and lively youth group which was previously nonexistent

Michelle W. Malkin earned a Certificate in Jewish Education for Adolescents and Emerging Adults through Hebrew Union College and a Masters in Jewish Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College's School of Jewish Nonprofit Management and a Masters in Public Administration from USC's Sol Price School of Public Policy, where her research focused on civic engagement among Jews in Los Angeles County.

Michelle W. Malkin is looking to use her education, experience, and connections, to help Jewish organizations create effective strategic plans, evaluate their existing programs, ensure branding and marketing efforts are effective, increase social media presence, create an inviting and lively internal culture, develop a meaningful donor engagement program, increase visibility in the larger community, all in an effort to increase the impact of the organization's mission and vision. Michelle W. Malkin is confident that any organization has the continued potential for growth and improvement regardless of challenges and shortcomings.
