Arnie Lositao

Arnie Lositaño is the HR Project Site of one of the biggest projects of the company, she oversees over 100 plus skilled workers and 15 staffs in the project site such as Project Manager, QA/QC Engr., Safety Officer, Compliance Officer & Document Controller. She is also handling the general HR & Administrative functions in the project site. She also strengthen the company's code of conduct in the project site and uphold the new implemented rules and regulation. She gave merits & rewards to those skilled workers who rendered their service to the company for a long period of time. She value most the happiness, importance and needs of the employees.

While in her college days, She is a Student Asst. to the DEAN of thier college. As a working student, it really helps her to be more confident and to support also her financial needs in school. After graduating with good scholastic grades in Bicol University, Arnie took an entry level job at Stretch Distribution Inc. as HR Generalist, she was hired a month before her graduation and she quickly got how to do her job. She organized and strongly focused in the recruitment field of the company and have done posting to different school & government agencies in two provinces that she's handling (Albay & Sorsogon Province). Posting also to different job portals that strengthens the company's manpower until now.

Arnie Lositaño is now looking forward to do her Masters Degree in the Philippines. She loves to serve people and to bring fourth the important needs of an organization. She wants also to value every effort of the employees which is much more important in the company.
