Connor Krisch has proven himself as an athlete, businessman, and all-around success in the construction industry.
Connor Krisch, an athlete, businessman, and volunteer, has forged a life for himself in Texas. He currently works for Four Seasons Equipment, a company that deals in heavy machinery. Krisch began there as an intern and moved up to administrative assistant before being promoted. He enjoys the experience, but, like all young professionals, he is on the lookout for vertical movement.

Real estate, for instance, is one industry in particular that Krisch is gunning for. He already has the professional background in sales and experience from earning his business degree. Still young, he has plenty of time to decide which career to pursue. On the other hand, construction and heavy machinery is in his blood.

As an athlete, Connor played football in high school and college. He broke several records for rushing yards, and he maintains the same competitive edge that will eventually launch him into a new career. Being an athlete, he understands commitment, stamina, and having the ability to adapt to extreme situations. These skills transfer directly into his professional life. He is also an active volunteer and spends his spare time helping out where he can.

In terms of construction, Connor Krisch is very interested in eco-friendly, green techniques. He sees green construction as the most promising division in the industry’s future, not to mention a way to reduce carbon emissions, lower energy dependency, and build more affordable, structurally sound buildings.
Connor Krisch, a born athlete and professional, has developed personally, physically, and mentally throughout his college and career in the construction industry. He made some serious marks in the sport, too, and holds several records.

Football

Connor Krisch was an active football player from high school through college. He was on the Joliet Catholic Academy team under head coach Dan Sharp. As a senior in 2007, he led the team to a 6A Illinois state title and was named Most Valuable Player of the entire championship after scoring a title-game record of four touchdowns. He was the team captain, and he also earned the All-East Suburban Catholic Conference first-team honors, earned letters for three years with the Hilltoppers, and helped Joliet Catholic Academy make it to state.

In 2006, as a junior, Krisch scored a total of nine touchdowns (all but one were coming on the ground), rushed 70 times for a total of 433 yards with an average 6.2-yard carry, and caught 10 passes. His stats were much higher as a senior:

-174 rushes equaling 1,179 yards
-23 touchdowns
-11 receptions for 233 yards (with four touchdowns)

Connor Krisch was also named the WJOL Player of the Game four times during his senior season and earned all-state recognition and a spot on an all-state list in the Chicago Tribune. He went on to attend Northern Illinois University and spent a year on the bench with the Huskies. The next year he was an All-MSF pick for the Saints due to his rushing yards and because he broke the 200-yard rushing barrier twice. He continued proving himself on the field for that season, and, though he only started seven times in 2009, came close to several school records.

In his junior year of college, Connor was again named first-team All-MSF/Midwest League, and made 11 touchdowns coupled with 756 rushing yards. His performance earned him the Midwest League Offense Player of the Week after a game with Grand View; he even took seven receptions against Saint Xavier.

Education and Early Career Moves

Connor Krisch earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of St. Francis in 2012 where he was football captain, a member of the student business association, and a member of FREE (Financial Research and Education through Experience). Prior to USF, Krisch completed a degree in exercise physiology.

After graduation, Connor became a sales intern for Four Seasons Equipment in the Houston, Texas area. In this position, he handled shipping and receiving, which enabled him to become more familiar with products and efficiency procedures. He spent time with factory reps, which gave him an in-depth look at the business and allowed him to gain experience in customer relations. He was promoted to administrative assistant at the same company soon after.

But even while he worked and played football, Connor has always been able to make time for philanthropy. He has volunteered at senior homes, soup kitchens, and at other organizations because he believes that everyone in a position to do so should donate time, effort, and capital to the betterment of society.

In terms of his career, Connor Krisch has become an expert in the construction industry. Four Seasons Equipment handles heavy equipment, and, as part of the rental fleet and sales team, Connor has a chance to utilize his skills as a businessman. In fact, Krisch grew up around the construction industry and believes that it is a natural fit for him.

But while he enjoys heavy machinery, marketing, and handling supply chains, Connor is looking forward to different possibilities. Real estate, for instance, is one sector in particular that he has his eye on. Krisch is looking to become licensed in residential and commercial real estate so he can diversify his skillset and hopefully find success in other industries.

As a potential realtor, Connor hopes to utilize his skills as an athlete, salesman, and professional to make new career opportunities.
As mentioned, Connor Krisch looks forward to progressing up the ladder at Four Seasons Equipment, and potentially becoming a licensed real estate agent in the commercial and residential sectors. There are several make-or-break qualities for a proactive, successful real estate agent, otherwise known as qualities that Connor has developed throughout his career as an athlete and professional.

To start with, having a license is essential. This helps agents become recognized for what they are and allows them to handle paperwork, transactions, and act on behalf of buyers and sellers. The best agents are also incredibly personable, both from having experience in sales and a history with small talk. They are able to make people feel comfortable in high-stress situations (i.e., buying expensive property).
