Biography
Colleen is a seasoned performer and composer just one highlight of her many achievements was playing at the Newport Performing Arts Center at a festival.
Colleen is bandleader of Chuva Boa, a Brazilian jazz trio, and also performs solo concerts where she mixes covers and originals to probe those emotional places where most songs don't go.
Colleen was a regular in the Nettles Contra Dance band for years, and has taught piano and voice. She is highly sought after for studio work on the albums of several notable regional acts, including Jon tenBroek, Laura Zaerr, Straw into Gold, Deep Woods Band, and many more.
Colleen is planning a cross continental tour in 2019 and also working on a new all original EP. She intends to continue performing either solo or with Chuva Boa at local wineries and other such copacetic venues, and is also venturing once again into the Livecasting and House Concert realm.
