“We all want to live longer, healthier lives. In order to achieve this, we need to change our approach to medicine. It’s not just about treating, it’s about preventing.” – Jason Hope
Jason Hope was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona. He received a degree in finance from Arizona State University, and an MBA from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Today, Jason Hope is an entrepreneur, futurist, philanthropist, and investor, well known and thought after for his expert opinion as a seasoned business consultant way beyond the borders of his home state of Arizona.
Resident of Scottsdale, AZ, Jason manages his business projects as well as his many philanthropic initiatives from there, driven by his passion for technology and his wish to give back to his community. On top of that, Jason has a dedicated interest in politics as related to business throughout the state of Arizona as well as on a national level.

Over the years, philanthropy has become an integral part of Jason’s life. He supports a number of organizations that come from many facets of his life. One of his passions has become the research done at the SENS foundation. SENS takes a different approach to anti-aging compared to other research projects by trying to prevent diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, or heart and lung disease that affect all functions of the body, rather than just treating them.

Convinced by the importance of SENS in the field of medical research, Jason Hope has become an unofficial spokesperson for the foundation, providing an amplitude on information on the aspects of the SENS research program on his website. Jason wholeheartedly supports the foundation’s work, its labs and its scientists, both through donating sizable amounts, as well as through spreading the message in order to inspire others to support scientific research that thrives through innovation.

Jason does not only support existing research projects, he also came up with an idea to spur the development of innovative and creative ideas of students. Through his website he offers grants to seniors in high school and to college students to help them jumpstart their technology-related ideas. Ambitious students can apply to receive a grant in the range of $500 to $5000. Jason personally reviews each submittal himself and decides which ideas will be sponsored.

Another way to foster education on a broader level was Jason’s donation to Teach for America's Phoenix chapter, which benefits the organization's Sponsor A Teacher campaign and enabled Teach for America to recruit outstanding recent college graduates. "A good education should not be a privilege but a right for every student in Arizona, no matter what their socioeconomic background. Teach for America Phoenix plays a key role in tackling this ideal and has made significant progress in giving underserved schools and students across the Valley the opportunities they deserve. I'm proud to give to such a noble cause," said Jason Hope.

Aside from Teach for America Phoenix, Jason has worked with many other organizations, such as True Colors Fund, Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix, T Gen Foundation, The Andre Agassi Foundation, Family Health International, The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation, The Tony Hawk Foundation, Worldwide Orphans Foundation and the Arizona Science Center, where he is a member of the Director's Circle.
