If it were possible to give Nick Jr. a negative 2 star review, in my opinion he would deserve it. Nick runs Suburban Foods, an apparently failing food service that was once a booming operation. He operates the busienss out of 54 Conchester Road. Over the years Nick has been a landlord to a number of tenants and has really let his building go. By every definition of the world this guy is a terrible businessman. For starters it seems that he cannot make a single decision on his own without consulting with his lawyer or some other professional. Does Nick Capelli Jr. not trust his own judgement enough to make the most basic decisions in his business? From what I understand, Nick took over the the warehouse that he is currently in over 15 years ago. Since then he has mortgaged the property multiple times and paid practically nothing toward the mortgage. Rumor has it that Nick is behind on his bills and that the bank recommended a realtor to help him lease his building. Guy is in a terrible spot and appears to be going under. In my opinion Nick would be best riding around making burgers on his food trucks. He's clearly in over his head and is drowning.
