My 40 year legal career has been centered on confronting and overcoming challenges to clients caused by government regulation, overreaching employers, business partners, and a myriad of negligent parties.

Clients who have been economically or physically damaged seek my advice, guidance and representation to redress their situations within the bounds of the law. As a certified civil trial attorney for the past 25 years my focus is on achieving favorable results for clients in hotly contested litigation whether it be a trial, arbitration or mediation. Less than 2% of attorneys are designated as certified civil trial attorneys. Over my career I have recovered tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for clients as well as been instrumental in changing overreaching government regulations to benefit client business opportunity.

Most recently, I was instrumental in forming our law firms Cannabis Practice Group to counsel clients in positioning themselves to exploit the opportunity to participate in a new multi billion dollar industry.

My foundation as an attorney in this area was deeply influenced by my high school and college experience in interscholastic debating. I was part of a two person state of New Jersey championship team and nationally ranked throughout a college debating career while attending the University of Scranton on a full scholarship for debating. I served as Mayor of Mountain Lakes for two years; eight years as a council member; and six years as a Planning Board Member and Vice Chair. I am the recipient of a Special Service Award by the Mountain Lakes Police Department for service to the community.
