Richard Wurzbacher was born and raised in Maryland with strong Christian values. After graduating from High School, he completed college courses in the arena of medical technology and renewable energy.

Currently, Richard Wurzbacher’s interests are within the renewable energy sector with emphasis is on the conversion of waste biomass materials into renewable energy products. Richard is exploring ways to utilize environmentally beneficial solutions to contribute to the reduction of excess waste tire materials. These solutions may be accomplished by extracting elements from the waste materials in order to produce renewable green energy products.

Waste to energy projects can have a significant impact on meeting important public policy goals, while enhancing the environment and stimulating the economy.

Richard Wurzbacher, through the mutual formation of key relationships, is working in unison with feedstock providers, governmental agencies and others to identify ways to explore the deployment of waste to energy conversion projects in order to enhance the environment and stimulate the economy, while addressing serious abundances of waste materials. Richard Wurzbacher is interested in creating jobs, enhance the environment and contribute to the renewable energy sector.

After Richard Wurzbacher completed his honorable military service, he went on into the communications field. During Richard Wurzbacher's career in business sales in communications, he exemplified his talents by getting to decision makers at large corporations in order to provide thousands of products to employees under an "employee benefits program". Under these programs, employees of these large companies could purchase products as part of being an employee. Richard Wurzbacher was also involved with training other representatives to set up "employee benefits" plans with their customers.

Richard Wurzbacher's goals include continued exploration of waste-to-energy projects. Richard Wurzbacher also wants to futuristically create non-profit community development entities to serve the community in many sectors of outreach programs. Richard Wurzbacher is focused on community and outreach as a life long goal.
