Nick is a very experienced litigator that aggressively sues insurance carriers that deny coverage. I highly recommended his services when you are facing a bad faith case against an insurance carrier to ensure they do the right thing.
Nick has exceeded my expectations in his representation of our company. He continues to go the distance for us and has shown that his deep experience in getting insurance carriers to provide coverage pays off.
Nick is a really nice guy however from first hand experience it is my strong opinion that he is not a good lawyer. Additionally I felt that he severely overbilled me as a client. Again, very charming guy, super nice, but in my opinion he bills very heavy and his work is inferior to that of other attorneys I've worked with in the past.
