Narcissist. Me. Me. Me. Screamer. He believed there was a direct correlation between how loud he yelled and revenue growth. I can laugh about this now that I no longer report to him. Bully. He manages through fear mongering and intimidation. Often a “screamer” as well, and did not give guidance--created a culture of distrust, nervousness, and fear. Under his thumb, employees were worried about losing their jobs. Office politics began to dominate employee performance. Unapologetic. Poor Communicator. Not giving clear instructions and frequently guards information and treat it as power. Terrible Listener. Unavailable. Bad managers are rarely available. Unrealistic and Demanding. Indecisive. Micromanages. Tolerant of Mediocrity and Relishes the Suck Ups. Manipulative. Bad bosses are notorious for scheming and manipulating others, either for their own agenda or just for fun-Greg is great at this. Vindictive. Inconsiderate and Shaming. Takes Credit for Other People’s Hard Work.
