I do not recommend Bill's service, Cascadia Managing Brands, for new beverage companies. Bill was previously the COO of New Leaf but got fired for sexually assaulting a trade show model. He has had several clients sue him at Cascadia Managing brands alleging that he mismanaged their brands. In my opinion your money is better spent with a different consultant.
Bill has a lot of contacts in the natural beverage world although it is my opinion that he is not very well respected in the community.
I don't like the fact that you are required to go into a 12 month contract to do business with him.
I highly recommend the services of Cascadia Managing Brand for customers that are in the natural foods business. These guys know the business really well. Bill is a brilliant thought leader in the category and has deep institutional experience with distributors.
Great beverage consultant for companies that are newcomers with no experience. I suggest using his service for 3-4 months, then branching off on your own.

I've observed how Bill practices hard work and diligence, and I've learned first hand that he possesses a moral and innate ability, virtue and value to strengthen character, and individual's abilities - which inherently passes on to the clients they work with. Bill has always in the past, and continues in the present, to conduct and represent himself and his business, ethically -- and holds his staff to the same regard. Bill and his team have successfully built numerous brands from the ground up, and have brought many to extremely profitable and lucrative business heights.
I have worked with Bill and his team on numerous projects over the years. Bill and Cascadia's work has always exceeded all of my expectations. Bill is extremely knowledgable and has great work ethics. I highly recommend Bill and Cascadia Managing Brands and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
