Sara Woggerman

As the lead, in house Compliance Consultant for Ontario Systems, Sara Woggerman provides consulting solutions for banks, collection agencies, and other financial service providers to prepare them for regulatory examinations, manage litigation risk and improve the consumer experience. Sara is known for her passion in helping companies overcome their unique compliance and operational challenges through delivery of compliance risk assessments, policy and procedure development, service provider management and oversight, and executive level training programs designed to help financial services companies mitigate risk and maximize efficiency. Sara has spent over twelve years in the accounts receivables management industry managing over two hundred third-party debt collection service providers for debt purchasers and serving as the relationship manager to creditors.

Prior to her position at Ontario Systems, Sara was an Agency Third-Party Compliance Manager for National Credit Adjusters, LLC, a larger market participant accounts receivable management debt purchaser based in Hutchinson, Kansas where she had direct compliance oversight over more than forty third-party collection agencies and managed a team of compliance auditors. Sara has also held service provider management and auditing roles at two of the largest debt purchasers, Asset Acceptance, LLC. and Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC.
