Very lazy. When she has patients scheduled for clinic, she is at home doing laundry. Does not help her employees when asked for help. Not good at all at setting expectations. All of the sudden tells her nurse practitioners to see large quantity of patients without having prepared them at all. Does not provide training for her employees and let’s them figure work out as they go. Throws employees under the bus to save her own skin. Has favorites at work.
