She does not get along with other hospice staff. She is supposed to be on call until 5pm, however she leaves at 4-4:30pm and if there are problems with the patients she tells nurses to not call her but wait until 5pm and call the physician on call instead. She does not follow up on the things staff ask her to follow up on. Does not call patients' families, those who ask for a phone call. She is very full of herself and is narcissistic. Team discussion of patients takes a long time because she makes conversations about herself and teaches us things we already know and wastes the nurses' time. Dr.Joseph does not examine patients. She undermedicates patients - if a nurse asks her for a higher medication dose the doctor does not prescribe it because with her it is all about power play and dominance. She bill fraudulently - charges for performing physical exams when she does not perform them. She is very difficult to work with.
