One word: Don?t Way too much work load. Instead of hiring the appropriate amount of people you have half the people doing twice the work. I was told in my interview that overtime was REQUIRED on a weekly basis. I have never worked with a worse company. This is the soul crushing overtime nightmare people think of when they think of in grad school. Horrible work environment. Don?t let the pretty building fool you.
