Member Advocate Constantly being torn apart by members. Q/A doesn't know what they are doing. They nit pick!! You need time off unless you have PTO you can forget it. Management needs to retire!! If your not a favorite employee then your screwed. Mangers need to treat EVERY SINGLE PERSON on the so called team the same.. The more you work your butt off the more your hard work will never get recognized. Here is a tip get in cahoots with upper management and maybe just maybe you will get employee of the month. Lose the stupid employee of the months pins. Nobody wears them. Put the money you spend on them towards the cash they receive. I'm sorry but $200.00 doesn't even cover the gas you have to put into your tank! The health insurance is a JOKE!
