Sad Gender pay gap is blatant-Issue brought to HR who vowed to "do better with new hires." Comradery and effective/tight partnership and communication between departments is vital for success in this organization and this is overwhelmingly lacking. Poor example set by leadership to internal and to external partners about mission and values. Tremendous pressure is put on staff. This concern was escalated, response was high level management needs goals to be met and this is why the front line teams are being challenged. *There has to be a better way to accomplish organizational goals and support the persons working for you in a healthy way.*
