Terrible working environment For how progressive they profess to be, the company doesn't place value on diversity or maternity leave or work-life balance. You are valued much more in the company if you are vegan, gluten-free and a fitness addict. If you bring a Diet Coke or a burger into the office, you will be shamed. Everything you do must be "on brand" -- from what you wear to what you eat. The vast majority of "influencers" they bring into the office are skinny blonde white women who claim to have supernatural powers (but are really just stealing from marginalized cultures). The CEO is only looking out for himself -- he doesn't care about bringing health and wellness to the masses, as he says he is. He just wanted to target white, yoga-mat-toting women who will spend all their money to learn how to "find true love" or "manifest more money" with an online course. Oh, and last but not least, they pay nothing and the benefits are almost non-existent. My issues, though, were less with the money and more with what the company stands for. Though they claim to be doing the opposite (which is why I was attracted to the company in the first place), they're making wellness even less accessible than it already is.
