No. Save Yourself. RUN! This started out seemingly to be a nice urgent care to work at. They are good PA?s and two Dr?s 1 of which owns the practice. Team leaders were so stressed out from work loads and needing more people to help run. Employees have their own agenda of how they expect the office to be run. Not much respect for each other not to mention the team leaders. Not a flexible schedule, management needs help. Benefits are too expensive, it Is not an easy job to learn or execute. As front desk we are the bottom of the line and treated as such by EVERYONE. No one expects that you have more than two brain cells regardless of your background or work history. They updated programs and a new location for the Clinton office. But overall if you?re in a pinch and really need the income I guess if McDonald?s isn?t hiring then come here. You would get paid more there and absolutely have better benefits flexibility and respect.
