Not a good place to work The company is political, very political. The hierarchy system makes no sense. The salaries are incredibly low and also are based on how good of friends you are with the higher ups. We had cuts and layoffs recently due to the nature of the industry, and the decisions made were very political. People that have no work to do, making 6 figure salaries stayed on while those who made very low salaries who had lots of work to do were laid off. And the whole company had to pay for these poor decisions by taking pay cuts when that could've been avoided had they just let go of their friends. There is a whole department that just shouldn't exist at such a small company. I wouldn't recommend working here, unless you like disorganization, entitlement and severe micro-managing with never any room to grow.
