Like Lost In Space...Danger Lack of processes and training. There is a preferred clique of people and if you are in it, you are golden. If you are not, you are overly scrutinized and judged. There?s a lack of consistent work and there are no processes in place to help you with your job. The engineer side of the company is overworked and there seems to be no beta testing of software/authoring tool. They are constantly having to fix stuff that doesn?t work. There is an on boarding of clients but they were not required to fill out the information needed by the content team to complete their tasks and when asked why this was management just said ?that?s the way we do things? and ?they just don?t do it.? There is no way to blaze your own path or having thoughts outside of the normal run-of-the-mill thinking. Management lacks experience leading and it shows. There has been a mass exodus from here but they are hiring. Most stay barely a year.
