Horrible experience here I had a terrible experience here. I was dismissed without notice for poor performance after a month without discussion prior of performance by any team members. I left a very good job to move onto this opportunity here but I believe this treatment was unwarranted. In terms of work, they lack structure and there aren?t enough procedures set in place. The team itself is quite small and it?s difficult to find where you fit and can be intimidating. The nature of the team is very cliquey with the exception of a few individuals. I was used to a very fast paced environment and this place was very laid back.
