People are great, but no work/life balance
Work/life balance is terrible. The pressure to perform is backbreaking and stressful. People cry in the bathrooms during work because of the stress. There's so much work, you never get out for a lunch break, and days last 10-11 hours at a time. You're also expected to always be "on" no matter the time or day.
