A waste of my time. The CEO will tell the entire staff every week that they are basically doing a bad job in what she thinks is some form of motivational speech. They pay you for 40 hour weeks but expect 60-70. There is zero work/life balance. The CEO micro manages everyone but doesn't actually get anything done because she doesn't trust her department managers to do their jobs. She belittles the staff, talks negatively about her own employees, and childishly plays favorites with the people who tattle on others.
