Bad outlook, disorganized, and negative management. Don't be tricked. The benefits are not that great. 50% of healthcare is met and the plan is geared towards hiring a younger crowd only so they don't have to worry about putting too much money into their employees. The pay is below average for the industry and NYC. The teams are extremely disorganized, CS team has a lot of issues in terms of organization and helping clients. We cannot sustain the type of issues that continue to have popped up. DATA. The data is really bad, it has ruined the lives of Medicare patients due to certain plans being selected for patients by the pharmacists. So many pharmacists have called in angry and yelling, rightfully so, because our platform gave them very bad data that effected the lives of their patients. When you join, Customer Success tells you that there is no algorithm done to calculate the DIR fee and it's actually done manually. The company says it's an algorithm that is done automatically when it is not. This is a huge disconnect in communication. There are many pharmacists who definitely use the platform to steer patients, which is illegal. Connection with sales team was negative, the sales team constantly seemed to go through negative phases and bad managers. Beware of going to work in the sales team, it's a revolving door and the structure of the team is imbalanced. Their sales have dropped drastically since the beginning of 2020 and the company has also not closed an enterprise deal in over two years. Outlook for the company is bad as they did not meet their revenue goals and are struggling. Lastly, there is no career growth at the company, you stay in your position and continue to do the job that you were brought in to do. People are leaving left and right as the turnover is extremely high. The great culture that was at Amplicare is long gone.
