Disgusting and demoralizing This is an absolutely terrible work environment. Scroll down to see all the "real" reviews. Any of the recent 5-Star reviews were clearly written by the CEO's wife. The culture at MyRegistry.com is toxic. You are expected to work 10 hour days, at a minimum. Leaving by 6 PM is sneered at, staying until 7 or 8 PM is expected. The CEO, Oded Berkowitz, will either yell or you, or try to grab you when he thinks no one is looking. Or maybe both in one day? You never know what you're going to get. I find it funny that someone (obviously Oded's wife Nancy) responded to another post saying that any inappropriate behavior should be reported. Who exactly would these things be reported to? No one will stand up to Oded. He's a bully. Beyond the terrible working conditions, I don't know why the doors are even still open here. They've been trying to sell this business for 10+ years. No one wants it. Move on.
