EXTREMELY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT!!!! Abnormally high benefit premiums, no bonus/increases, outdated system, no real policies and procedures for certain departments, no structured training yet plenty of pressure to get everything you were never taught done, high turnover due to a couple of bad seeds one of which uses a personal relationship with the CFO to get away with pretty much anything, nepotism, favoritism, disrespect, bullying, dishonesty on a grand scale and most importantly, you will be set up to fail if you don't fall in line with those who are favored by mgt.
