Challenging
Management runs it with fly by night rules and the plant in all aspects need to be updated. Everything there is still basically manual labor. They haven't kept up with modern day science and technology. They don't fix anything, they just bandage things up and they constantly push you for more more and more and when you can't because of the lack of better more updated equipment they right you up and threaten to fire you....and they curse at you all the time.
