Fake Company Culture Every other review of fake/forced culture is true. Staff were pressured to fill out Crain's New York Best Places to Work surveys and then were given a guilt trip because they found out 2 people didn't fill it out. The Likeable Blog posts are mandatory as well. I felt uncomfortable at office social events because of the weird cliques of staff who believed they were better solely because they'd been there since the beginning of Likeable Media. As a POC, the complete lack of diversity also made me uncomfortable. Having an "international potluck" and encouraging people to hashtag their Instagrams with #LikeableCulture is not genuine. The lack of representation is apparent in content that I still see in my feed today, making you think "Was there no [insert culture group] there to say no to this post?". Overall, lacking in a genuinely welcoming workspace with little to no room for growth.
