They?ll terminate good, qualified workers for no apparent reason and add that workload onto the remaining employees, just to save a buck. Your best, is virtually not a factor here, seeing as the best employees are gone and they seem to keep the ?cheaper? ones who receive no repercussions for not meeting goals week after week after week. It?s truly a shame to have experienced this type of culture. It?s on the cusp of promissory estoppel. The leadership when I began was bearable but after multiple people left or were let go(approx. 10-12 within 5mths), it went down the drain. HR is no help when it comes to what Human Resources is actually supposed to do. They feed you what you want to hear then never follow up and keep projectile vomiting excuses to give you the run around until that time comes.
