Avoid unless you really need something to put on your resume I don?t know how this place stays in business. The owner is a bully who belittles her staff with personal insults and has the few employees she trusts spy on newer hires, the clients are given the bare minimum of service (mostly consists of sending passably written pitches to a long list of reporters and hoping for the best), and there is absolutely no team building/meetings/involvement in strategy. The turnover is quite high and everyone seems to keep their head down and avoid the higher ups as much as possible in hopes they won?t be subjected to an insulting tirade. When I worked there they lost a number of clients and I honestly don?t understand how they have any, given the owner?s total lack of people skills.
