Toxic work environment at West Omaha location
No manager or shift leader Owners rarely present, expect mostly teens to run the business Owners forced employees to sign a ?contract? then violated their own terms Threatened to penalize employees for mistakes by requiring them to work an ?extended shift?, unclear whether they intend to pay the employee for the punitive shift Owners don?t take responsibility with customers for their own mistakes, blame employees instead Owners gossip about employees to other employees Male owner chews tobacco in the kitchen ? gross!
