Terrible Management Most of the management don't know what they're doing and, with the exception of about 2 or 3 of them are incredibly lazy and rude. They offer little to no support to people they have promoted and, quite contrarily will throw them under the bus to save their own skins. The pay isn't awful but it isn't great and you have to fight tooth and nail for a decent raise. The owners micro-manage people that should be left alone but turn a completely blind eye to the awful employees. They're downright nasty at times. If you don't leave on perfect terms they will screw you out of as much paid time off and money as humanly possible. Plus the customers they service will make you want to rip your hair out.

Management is horrible. The majority of management has no idea what they're doing and, with the exception of approximately two or three of them, are extremely sluggish and disrespectful. idle breakout
