Terrible company - all the good reviews came from owners
The culture of the company is very hierarchical - analysts are only allowed to speak to senior analysts and then the hierarchy continues. Partners acts as if they are pedestals above everyone else and won't speak to you if they think you are not important. you almost never get any face time with clients - only partners and principals will travel to meet clients. You would be lucky if you get to hear client's voice on the phone, never mind saying anything. People work many hours for no credit. It's a terrible environment. Don't work here.
