Clueless about leadership and management Absolutely terrible management and leadership, and it?s getting worse. The company has a long history of promoting long-tenured people into positions of middle management with little or no training or education on how to manage people and grow talent. As a result, talented folks wither on the vine under inattentive, selfish, vindictive, insecure ?leaders.? And the last round of promotions/re-org just reinforced that this will continue (and even seems to be getting worse).
