RUN!!!!!!!!! Where do I even begin? When interviewing this place seems like they have their ish together. Beautiful office space, decorated very modern that lulls you into a false sense of security. The starting salaries are low to say the least and there is no room for promotion or advancement as most of the management team is well below the age of retirement. The work environment is ABUSIVE to say the very least. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. HR when I was there was a double agent for managment not to solve issues or keep things private when someone had a problem but would run to management and exploit and humiliate the employee for their issue. I was forced to maintain open communication on days off and if I called in sick (normal use of allotted sick days) I was verbally abused and threatened!! Not only was I physically ill because of working in an environment where terror reigned, myself and several other made attempts to go to upper management about how horrible the conditions were to no avail. When I finally did decide to leave it was no sweat off their back. Please Please Please do not be fooled by them and stay away!
