Culture is non-existent beyond the Regional Manager threatening every employee with their job at any given time. -disrespect and belittlement from Regional Manager and occasionally the owner himself -unreasonable pressure to get short term results with zero long term strategy -habit of dismantling entire departments then dispersing that work on top of you and they then question ? what is taking so long?? And they do not replace the department -major bullying and harassment from upper mgmt. colleagues are perpetually in tears. -lack of empathy, appreciation or support -excessive micromanagement -an unbelievably hostile work environment At many points in my tenure there has been great talent and Gary was far more involved. Now, it seems like nobody matters and all the talent leaves or they terminate them. The handful of miserable staff they have left will be gone soon, including me. Then they will be left with the kids they poach from other retailers
